April 2019 Meeting Notes
The meeting was called to order by President Ritchie Farrell. The minutes were read and approved. Treasurer Brenda Lagasse reported the checking and savings.
Activities
4/6 Health Fair (Andy Asch will be the farrier there)
5/3 Jackpot Barrel Races
Donna Barleen has emailed Ed McCarty to set up a time for him to come out and do manual floating.
Arena
Gates need to be kept closed.
Rodeo
Sign for Rodeo should be updated this weekend if the weather will cooperate.
We are still on the hunt for a rodeo entertainer.
Amanda Townsdin suggested that since we are now members of the Chamber that we should host a Thursday Morning Spotlight on either June 27, July 4, or July 11 at 8:00 am.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors will meet at the Arena for a walk through of maintenance projects.
We need to create a Sunshade Use Policy Contract Rental for the Cool Cow shades.
