Motion was made by Brenda L to go through with that. Seconded by Katie L. There will be three awards; top hand, chuckwagon, and trail boss.

Youth buckle series – The last date is set for November the 8th. It was talked about to run 2 rounds with the kids due to past dates being cancelled. The adults can run once. Lead-in will also run once. Donna B will get in touch with Eric V about buckles. Ritchie also suggested that we hold a free lunch for everyone since we still have food in the concession stand. Brenda L said if there were still hamburgers left over, she could store some until next year. At the buckle series, we would give away pop, water, and chips. It was suggested to sell the hamburgers for $20 a box.
