March 2014 Meeting Notes

Meeting was called to order by President Aggie Moore.

Minutes were read and approved. There was no treasurers report.

Report from the Board of Directors:
Lance Lagasse was having second thoughts about adding a return alley on the warm-up arena South of the main arena.
Concession Building will need to schedule several work nights. The Board of Directors felt that the dirt pile from West of the main arena would be used for the Concession Building. The main arena needs a new cork board, the letters on the crow’s nest to be repainted, several boards replaced on the South bleachers, the tarp replaced on the calf shelter, the bull lock for the new gates, and the sand and dirt moved back to the middle of the arena. The Fair Board has spray for weeds that we can use around the arena. There is a water truck that we can use if we find the keys and fix it. The panels need to be marked.
